Free consultation/evaluation
We need to see if you are the right fit! This will determine what days you can train, your skill level and experience, goals, etc.
THe plan
Good fit? OUTSTANDING. Now let’s figure out your macronutrients and your exercises and schedule for training. This is our foundational piece for your customized training program
Communication plan
Setting up monthly check-ins via zoom and determine how you’d like to be contacted weekly check-ins. We need to keep track of your progress right?
True Coach
Once we’ve determined your path, we use an app called “True Coach” where it’s an easy way to communicate about The Progrum
evaluation
You’re on your way to greatness. Now it’s up to us to evaluate how your doing throughout The Progrum and make adaptive changes to whatever need you have whether it’s scheduling, exercises, diet, etc.
